Ealho is an all-in-one mental health umbrella brand designed to bridge the gap between therapists and clients while eliminating administrative burnout. By integrating the Ealho Therapy Web App (a matching and booking marketplace) with Ealho Notes AI (an automated clinical documentation tool), the project aims to scale to 400 users and ₦2.5M in revenue by the end of 2026.

Designing for High-Stakes Efficiency
I designed the brand identity for ealho to communicate the intuitive tech-led workflow to eliminate clinical documentation fatigue. Reclaiming 30% of the therapist’s workday through a design-led AI integration.

THE PROBLEM
Before Ealho, the therapeutic workflow was a "messy middle" of disconnected systems. This fragmentation created a barrier to entry for clients and a burnout engine for clinicians.
The Strategic Gap

Communication Barrier: As a newcomer, Ealho needed to instantly communicate that it wasn't just another directory, but a tech-integrated Official Therapy Database.

The "Trust" Paradox: Digital mental health startups often feel "flighty" or overly corporate. Ealho needed an identity that felt as stable as a physical clinic but as agile as a high-end AI tool.

The Productivity Bottleneck: Beyond visuals, the industry lacked a system that valued a therapist's time. We needed to solve the "Administrative Debt" of manual SOAP notes that traditionally drains 30% of clinical capacity.

Design Thinking: The Core intersection of Pillars, Vision and Patient's care
To differentiate Ealho, The Ealho mark is a calculated abstract symbol engineered to represent the transformation of data into healing. Moving beyond traditional therapeutic tropes, we developed a Dual-Function visual system that mirrors the lifecycle of a clinical session and the precision of AI processing.
